General Care

General Care

When not in use, keep leather products in a dry location and away from direct sunlight and humid conditions. Over time exposure to the elements and moisture will compromise the integrity of the thread, leather, and adhesives used during the process of manufacturing of the product.

Due to the nature of genuine leathers and the damage from sunlight, the leather may fade in time. To prevent fading limit the direct sunlight exposure as much as possible. Think of your tack as an investment. With diligent and correct leather care and storage, you can get the maximum return on your investment through years of safe use.

CLEANING/CONDITIONING

Please consult a leather cleaning professional for cleaning your items or for cleaning best practices. Follow the product's manufacturers instructions for proper conditioning.

CRYSTALS

A damp cloth
or soft bristle brush and mild soap are ideally the best choice to clean the rim set crystals on your item. After cleaning, apply glass cleaner to soft cloth and gently polish.

FRINGE

Spot wash using a soft cloth and mild soap, if needed. Damp fringe is prone to stretching, so use care when cleaning. Allow fringe to naturally air dry.
